NUTR 511 Supervised Practice in Medical Nutrition

This course provides preceptor supervised practical experiences in medical Nutrition therapy in inpatient settings. Students will learn to assess Nutritional status, prioritize patient needs, design appropriate Nutrition interventions, and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Nutrition therapy. Additional activities and assignments related to supervised practice experiences are assigned.
