ENGR 323 Mechanics

Develop advanced skills related to stress and strain associated with mechanical, structural, and geotechnical engineering. Determine the internal state of stress due to complex load and boundary conditions, including indeterminate analysis. Calculate deflections for systems under various load conditions. Principles for design of mechanical/structural members are emphasized, including introduction to finite element analysis software.
