Organizational Leadership Certificate

Program Overview

The organizational leadership certificate prepares students for assessing and aligning people, processes and systems so that businesses can effectively execute their strategies. Students learn about organizational behavior, change management, and best practices in leadership.

Learning Objectives

Students who complete Messiah’s organizational leadership certificate demonstrate the ability to:

  1. Recall, recognize, and interpret foundational content related to organizational effectiveness, behavior, leadership and change management.
  2. Apply business concepts, strategies and tactics
  3. Conduct methodological secondary research into business issues
  4. Articulate how the Christian faith informs one’s work life, career, and daily business practices
