BUSA 501 Business Strategy and Execution

This integrative course focuses on values-led organizations, examining topics such as vision, mission, core values, strategy, planning, decision making and management execution. In addition, this course provides opportunities for students to apply management techniques to aid in strategic planning and execution in a changing business environment, and to examine how faith informs and gives purpose to business and profits.
