Nursing Management and Leadership (Post-BSN) Certificate of Graduate Studies

The post-baccalaureate in nursing (BSN) certificate – Nursing Management and Leadership will provide an option for post-BSN graduates who work in direct care management roles (nurse manager, clinical head nurse, team leader) to gain knowledge and advanced skills of leadership and management. This 13-credit certificate will contribute to progression on organizational career ladders and facilitate preparation for professional certification examinations.  The courses taken for the Post-BSN Certificate – Nursing Management and Leadership can be applied to the MSN degree.
