MUTH 504 Music Theory Concepts

This course will familiarize and/or review components of tonal theory including, but not limited to, rhythm, melody, harmony, and structure. Students will review the proper conventions of Roman numeral analysis and musical forms, and forms and compositional techniques of the Common Practice Period, preparing students for successful completion of the program.
