ATHT 140 Prevention & Management of Injury

The study of injury and illness risk factors encountered by athletes and the physically active population in order to plan and implement prevention and risk/disease management programs. The course includes hands-on skill application related to movement assessment, selection and fitting of prophylactic devices, taping and wrapping techniques, and other preventative strategies.
