BUSA 321 Hospitality and Tourism Management

An overview of the hospitality and tourism industry will be provided in this course from the perspective of a business owner/manager. Students will learn about the main segments of the industry (hotels, cruises, restaurants and beverages, theme parks, conventions, and special events). Students will also learn about the scope and impact of the hospitality and tourism industry in the US and internationally.
