IBI 390 Global Business Strategy

This course is intended to integrate the field experiences and presentations by guest faculty in the areas of international business with current developments and literature in this field. Students will be expected to prepare analytical reports on the various firms and institutions visited in the program. Major topics included in the reading and discussion in this course are the role of the multinational firm in the world economy, international business strategy, organizational behavior, international human resource management, and financial management for the multinational firm. The discussion of values and ethical issues related to international business is also included.
