MATH 307 Teaching Secondary Mathematics and Computer Science

This course is a methods course in secondary mathematics and computer science curriculum and instruction. Students examine state and national curriculum standards, best practices for effective teaching, digital technology and virtual engagement.  A key component is the design and delivery of evaluated mock lessons that include peer and instructor feedback to strengthen instructional skills.
