TESOL/ESL Minor
Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) Minor. Courses in theoretical and applied linguistics prepare students to learn, teach, and analyze language using methods and tools from contemporary linguistic theory. Students already pursuing a PreK-4, Grade 4-8, or Secondary teaching certification who complete the TESOL minor are also eligible for the Pennsylvania ESL Program Specialist (K-12) Certificates.
