NURS 623 Theoretical Foundations, DNP Role Development, & Project Planning
This course examines nursing theory and its application to evidence-based practice. The role of the DNP prepared nurse will be explored across a variety of specialties. Project planning will include the identification of a clinical problem, development of a PICO(T) question, and completion of review of literature and evidence matrix for future translation in healthcare settings.
Prerequisite
NURS 500, 501, and 502, or demonstration of equivalent coursework at a previous institution
