HDFS 340 Ethics and the Family

This course provides students with an introduction to the applied field of family ethics. Building on the understanding of ethical theories, students will apply these theories to the problems and questions embedded in the context of marital/familial relationships and its relevance to the larger social context. Students will also learn specific steps in the process of professional ethical decision making in the field of family life education/counseling.
