IDFY 101 First Year Seminar

An introduction to the intellectual life of the University for first-year students. This is done in the context of a small discussion-oriented seminar designed around specific themes proposed and taught by individual faculty from a variety of academic disciplines. Emphasis is given to developing important academic skills such as writing, reading, and critical thinking.
