NURS 545 Theory, Roles, and Issues of Advanced Nursing Practice

This course provides an in-depth exploration of the theoretical foundations, evolving roles, and critical issues shaping advanced nursing practice. Students will engage in a
comprehensive examination of the theoretical frameworks and models underpinning advanced nursing practice and their application to research, evidence-based practice,
and quality improvement. Additionally, the role of the advanced practice nurse will be explored across a variety of settings, through the lens of contemporary issues,
fostering a deep understanding of their applications in complex healthcare environments.
