COMM 337 Multimedia Storytelling

This advanced multimedia course explores evolving practices in producing compelling stories across various multimedia platforms. Students will learn how to conceive, prepare, create, and distribute their content in a professional, compelling way. Topics will include story development, pitch, and planning; research methods and reporting techniques; video/audio production, design, and editing; and enhanced creative expression for a digital age. Students will create various targeted, short-form projects, including YouTube and TikTok videos, social media reels, GIFs, and podcasts.
