NUTR 410 Nutrition Education and Counseling

Examination and application of current techniques for effective nutrition education and counseling. Students will develop and present a nutrition education lesson and provide individualized nutrition counseling under faculty supervision.

Meets department GPA criteria and COMM 105 and PSYC 101 and STAT 269 and NUTR 121 and NUTR 322 and (BIOL 185 and BIOL 186) or (BIOL 160, BIOL 166 AND BIOL 385) or (BIOL 170 and 460). Also CHEM 204 or (CHEM 309 and CHEM 310)
