NUTR 425 Nutrient Metabolism and Research Methods I

Students study biochemistry of macronutrient metabolism and function, as well as body composition and energy expenditure. In addition, the course focuses on research methodology including advanced literature searching, research design, and interpretation of research data. Students select a research topic, write a literature review and design a research project which is completed in NUTR 426.
