SPAN 201 Intermediate Spanish

During this course, students build intermediate grammar, vocabulary and conversation skills. Students expand skills in reading, writing, speaking and listening. Students enhance communication skills by using subjunctive, command, conditional and future verb forms. By end of the course, students will be able to communicate in Spanish in written and oral form at the ACTFL intermediate level. In addition, they will be able to articulate knowledge of cultural traditions of Spanish speaking countries and will be able to explain cultural and linguistic differences between U.S. English and Spanish.
