SPAN 323 Spanish Translation and Interpretation

This course introduces students to the principles of translation and provides opportunities to apply these principles by translating a variety of texts, including journalistic, literary, scientific, business, rhetorical, and spoken. The main goal of this course is to improve reading and writing skills in Spanish for both academic and professional contexts and to apply these skills in authentic and collaborative contexts.
