MATH 261 Linear Algebra

Students will study the theory of systems of linear equations, vector spaces of Rn, linear dependence, bases and coordinates, dimension, linear transformations, matrix algebra, determinants, eigenvalues and eigenvectors, special matrices, quadratic forms, general vector spaces, and their applications in geometry, calculus, statistics, physics, and other fields.
