HLTH 830 Primary Care Physical Therapy Practice
This course highlights the unique functions of a primary care physical therapist. Participants will explore specific clinical competencies, including interprofessional and collaborative practices at the entry point of the healthcare system. In addition, participants will review and discuss some common tools used for disease risk stratification and a variety of differential diagnostic processes during the application of advanced clinical decision-making that have been found to be vital within the primary care setting.
