OCCU 510 Evidence-Based Inquiry

The purpose of this course is for students to understand the importance of evidence-based practice in occupational therapy.  Students will demonstrate the use of a systematic process to locate, analyze and appraise published literature to become thoughtful consumers of research and scholarship.  Various ways of disseminating evidence to consumers and incorporating evidence into practice will be discussed.
