ENGR 361 Circuits II

Extend foundational concepts for both Analog and Digital circuits begun in ENGR 215. Analog circuit analysis topics include dependent sources, investigation of the natural and step responses of RL, RC, and RLC circuits, AC sinusoidal steady state circuit analysis using phasors, and power.  Digital topics include codes, advanced combinational digital logic both discrete and implemented with Verilog, minimization techniques, sequential logic, discrete and implemented with Verilog including design of counters, timers, registers, memory, finite state machines and Analog to Digital Converters.  FPGAs are used throughout the coverage of Digital topics.
