RELI 334 Religions of China and Japan
History and development of the major religion of China, Tibet, and Japan. Students explore the distinction between religion indigenous to these areas and religions imported and assimilated into the indigenous cultures. Students analyze the interaction between these two types of religions directs attention to the influence of culture on religion and religion on culture.
