RELI 355 Christianity in North America

Christianity has shaped the social landscape of North America since Europeans arrived in the late 1400s. Students will consider the variety of forms Christianity has taken in North America, with an emphasis on its place in contemporary American life. Students will consider the ways Christianity has both reflected and reinforced America’s cultural and racial diversity and will evaluate the successes and failures of North American Christians in contributing to the common good.
