HLTH 620 Collaboration in Inter-professional Teams

This course provides a thorough examination of interprofessional collaboration within complex healthcare systems. Students will critically analyze communication strategies, team dynamics, leadership models, and change theories that drive effective interdisciplinary teamwork. Emphasis is placed on facilitating high-performing teams and advancing a culture of mutual respect, shared values, and psychological safety.
