ENGL 366 Contemporary Poetry

This course examines the ongoing development of contemporary poetic forms and genres through the study of diverse poetic voices that inhabit, reflect, and produce contemporary cultures through the craft and practice of poetry. The course may include authors such as Li-Young Lee, Louise Glück, Claudia Rankine, Natasha Trethewey, and Natalie Diaz. This course falls in the Questions of Form, Genre, and Craft category.
