OCCU 505L Lab: Applied Anatomy
This lab emphasizes an occupation-based understanding of the purpose of the anatomical and musculoskeletal structures within the human body. Hands-on learning activities allow students to actively engage in identification of anatomical and musculoskeletal structures and landmarks with an understanding of their function. Students will also learn the principles, techniques, and interpretation of goniometry and manual muscle testing for occupational therapy evaluation. The importance of the musculoskeletal system to facilitate occupational performance will be emphasized.
