ENGR 453 Hazardous Waste and Air Pollution Management

The processes governing the transport and fate of contaminants in the environment and their treatment are emphasized. Applications include design of processes to handle, treat, and safely dispose hazardous waste. The course will cover principles and design practices to control both particulate and gaseous contaminants to meet air quality regulations.
