EDME 730 Resource Leadership- Personnel, Budgets, and Facilities

This course prepares educational leaders to manage organizational resources strategically, ethically, and in alignment with organizational priorities. The course examines how effective leaders recruit, support, and evaluate personnel; design and manage budgets that advance organizational goals; and oversee facilities and operations that ensure safe, equitable learning environments. Students will analyze funding structures, explore methods for acquiring and allocating resources, and evaluate the impact of resource decisions on student learning and organizational performance.
