Academic Advising
Every Messiah student enrolled in an adult degree program is assigned an academic success coach who assists the student in planning the coursework for the program of study, in developing strategies for academic success, and in providing guidance and information in preparation for the student's career and life goals. In order to support student academic success, a student’s Academic Success Coach will have access to student Canvas courses. A student may communicate with their coach any time by email. While academic success coaches assist students in their academic planning, it is ultimately the student's responsibility to meet the academic requirements for graduation. Faculty advisors also connect students to University student success resources.
