Disciplinary Withdrawal

Students may seek permission for disciplinary withdrawal from the University after involvement in a serious violation of University rules and standards before official disciplinary action is taken. A permanent record may be kept in University disciplinary files. Faculty advisor(s), academic success coach and Program Director are normally notified of the reason for withdrawal. Conditions for readmission may include a personal interview, counseling, evidence of satisfactory academic work, and citizenship at another educational institution, evidence of satisfactory employment, or other conditions.
