Interim Suspension
In certain circumstances, the Dean of the School of Graduate & Professional Studies or designee may impose an interim suspension prior to a hearing before a disciplinary officer or body. Interim suspension may be imposed: a) to ensure the safety and well-being of members of the University community or preservation of University property; b) to ensure the student’s own physical or emotional safety or well-being; or c) if the student poses a definite threat of disruption of or interference with the normal operations of the University. Please Note: Students who have been suspended, withdrawn, or expelled for disciplinary reasons are not permitted on campus (this includes online coursework) without prior approval of the /Dean of the School of Graduate & Professional Studies.
